The function of the air is to stimulate reasoning and the exchange of information. Since we breathe the same air, it acts as a social component because it is the only one, we are forced to share in a less controlled way. It favours reason and logic to the detriment of sensitivity or emotions. Some of its characteristics are transmitting, stirring, mobilising, communicating, oxygenating, fostering, energizing and purifying.
Always think of the air as something volatile and linked to intellect and communication. It is an energy that stimulates the mind and gives strength to our thoughts and the propagation of information. Working the air element within the body promotes intellect, internalisation and self-development.
